The Cultural and Educational Foundation (CEF) connects artists, audiences, and communities across cultures through the arts and education. Based in New York, we bring an international perspective to concerts, cultural events, and learning experiences that celebrate diverse traditions, encourage creative exchange, and make the arts more accessible.
